I never knew what the meaning of worried was, I mean I had a understanding of what it meant but the true meaning is interesting. I thank GOD for all the knowledge he has blessed me with, I understand that I could never have it all, and the day you stop learning is the day you die..But like I said I thank GOD because the more wisdom and understand we get the less CONFUSION we have and we can live without FEAR, WORRY free...

Well I started a new gig and I am cleaning butts, I didn't say that to complain but it isn't an ideal job besides the fact that we sit and pass time by talking because half the time we are milking the clock since there is nothing to do. So yesterday being nosey on my free time I stumbled upon a chain letter email that was supposedly sent from some white guy talking about how slavery was no longer needed because blacks contain themselves with ignorance, greed and selfishness. Well it came as no surprise to me because I read and I take heed to my surroundings and what is going on, but what "worried" me was the fact that everyone of my collegues that read it was. I did not understand the surprise. Was it the fact that a white man merely told the truth about our people and how lost we really are as a people? In the letter he broke down the 3 methods of containment, and Ignorance of course was primary. He said the best way to hide something was to put it in a book, then he went on to gloat on how stupid we are because we have all the access and opportunity in the world to read on ANY subject in the world but we don't. Next was Greed, he talked about how we have had large amounts of money at our disposal but we choose to blow it on trivial things such as Christmas. I will never understand how my people do not see that we are targets in these major markets. We buy anything they sale to us. They make us feel like shit and we buy more and more. The white guy said that we would rather buy sneakers than to invest in a sneaker company. We do not save for our children or for the future we are too worried about status and it is not worth it. Last but least was Selfishness. The man gloated on how we never work together to acheive anything so therefore we will never have nothing. We let our egos and attitudes get in the way everyone want to be on top but no one wants to build a team and a solid foundation. All of this truely worries me because we are letting these accusations be the truth, which is crazy because we are strong, and we are confident in everything else we need to get on our business and stop destroying ourselves by being ignorgant, greedy and selfish. We need to be each others mirror and be each others rock and build something for US...
